We are back...a little late, but just in time for you to ask your favorite bartender to shake this up for you...if they can. We'd like to credit Charles Joly, Chief Mixologist at The Drawing Room for this recipe.

Word is that the minty flavor in the tequila comes from a 3-day infusion process, but you can get by with a 6-7 hour infusion process, although the flavor won't be as strong.
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Total Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 parts mint infused Hornitos® Plata Tequila
- 1/2 part quality raspberry liqueur
- 1/4 part Branca Menta
- 1 1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Sprig of mint for garnish
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Dry shake, without ice, to combine.
- Add ice, shake well and strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
