Rasberry Hibiscus Syrup
Whipped Cream (not light)
HOW TO MAKE
- Fill a cocktail tin all the way with ice and add 1 ½ oz Clique Vodka and 1 oz raspberry hibiscus syrup.* Shake very well, then add a small amount of regular (not light) whipped cream- just enough to bring a creamy texture to the cocktail. Shake again, and strain into a cocktail glass
*Raspberry Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 5 Raspberry hibiscus tea bags
- Bring 1 ¼ cup of water to a boil, cut the heat and throw in 5 raspberry hibiscus tea bags (any brand). Let steep for about 10 minutes, then strain out the tea bags and squeeze and remaining liquid out of them. Add 1 cup of sugar and stir until dissolved, then let cool.
EXPERT TIPS
Only cream with a very high fat content won’t curdle from the acidity of the raspberry and hibiscus, so make sure you use whipped cream, or heavy whipping cream only.
